The court granted the prosecutor’s proposal: Three accused of the activity of a neo -Nazi group will go into custody

The judge for the pre -trial proceedings of the Specialized Criminal Court (STS) in Banská Bystrica decided to take three accused in connection with the suspicion of the activity of the neo -Nazi group working in Bratislava. It complied with the prosecutor’s proposal. The reason for the custody is the fear of a possible continuation of crime. The decision is only valid for one of the accused.
