On Tuesday, 20, in Rudolfin, Prague, she said goodbye to the actor and president of the International Film Festival in Karlovy Vary Jiří Bartošk († 78). A large number of fans came to the reverent place in Dvořák’s Hall. The memory of the legend came to honor the moderator also Aleš Cibulka (48).
He remembered the acting giant, whom he confessed several times in his program Sowing on Cibulce. “We have seen each other. Last time we saw each other at the funeral of his great friend Karol Hanmanek. But we wrote and e -mail, I always invited him to my program regularly. The last SMS, which I really leave forever, wrote to me that unfortunately it is up to the next chemotherapy and that he is not very good, let me try to speak for some time, ” He confided.

“He was charismatic, had a charm, but besides, I knew him as an attentive host and companion, a person very deeply watching public events … a very inspiring man,“He said in CT24 Baxa. He pointed out that thanks to Bartošek there was a Karlovyr Film Festival, because in the early 1990s it was not at all certain whether the festival would survive.
The public farewell was followed by a private meeting of the family with the actor’s friends and colleagues. Bartoška died on 8 May at the age of 78. He was one of the distinctive and popular personalities of the Czech film. During his acting career he portrayed a number of characteristically diverse characters on theater boards, in the film IV TV. Since 1994 he was the president of the Karlovy Vary Film Festival, which he managed to return to the elite.
