Hungarian pancakes
One would think that the dough for pancakes is always the same. But this is a mistake, because this Hungarian dough for salty pancakes is special. Fortunately, the word special does not mean that its preparation is difficult. You may find some ingredients that they don’t belong to the dough, but trust this process. You will love the Hungarian salt dough for pancakes.
First, take the classic ingredient, or smooth flour. Pour it into a bowl of 250 grams, and then add 200 milliliters of milk, 50 milliliters of oil and a pinch of salt. So far, it looks like everything is as it should be, isn’t it? So maybe for the oil, which is usually used rather in the frying pan. Shake 3 eggs into the bowl.
Soda, oil, mushrooms and meat
Add one of those special ingredients, or roughly 18 milliliters of soda before mixing the mixture. Yes, you heard right. Trust the process and stir all the ingredients until a smooth dough is formed. Then dilute a little soda before the dough has a consistency of thick cream. Then let it rest for about an hour. Then fry the pancakes as you do normally.
