It turns out that it often contains preservatives, antibiotics (especially meat), heavy metals, microplastics and plant protection products. They all attack the intestines from the inside, as a result of which they lose their tightness. They begin to pass substances that should not reach it – e.g. undigested food residues or bacterial toxins. This also results in disturbed absorption of the needed minerals.

Leaky intestines lead to chronic inflammation with low severityand consequently to heart disease, blood vessels, brain or pancreas. Therefore, the risk of atherosclerosis and even depression increases. Interestingly, eating fermented products can help maintain intestinal tightness.

Why is it worth drinking kefir? Because it contains Lactobacillus bacteria, which – supplied to the body – improve the composition of the intestinal flora. However, you have to remember about kefir additives that will be a breeding ground for these bacteria so that they can stay in the stomach permanently. Only in this way can we be sure that they will seal the intestines for longer.

The expert explains that Kefir will reduce the risk of many diseases. Consumed in the company of the right ingredients can help seal the intestines. Doctor Skoczylas explains that High -fiber diet and full products that are a breeding ground for Lactobacillus bacteria can protect against the penetration of hazardous substances into the blood.

Healthy nutrition specialist recommends to prepare A drink for healthy intestines. At the beginning, the recipe requires baking a special granola, and then mixing only a few ingredients with each other. It is worth trying a healthy snack that will take care of the proper composition of the intestinal flora.

Ingredients:

Granola:

  • 2.5 cups of oatmeal,
  • 4 tablespoons of sunflower seeds,
  • 2 mature bananas,
  • 4 tablespoons of almonds,
  • 5 tablespoons of raisins,
  • 50 g of dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa).

Kefir drink:

  • 300 ml kefiru,
  • 2 teaspoons of inulin,
  • 2 tablespoons of linseed (freshly ground),
  • 5 tablespoons of granola,
  • A handful of fresh blueberries.

Method of performance:

Prepare a granola at the beginning. Take a bowl and crush bananas in it. Mix oatmeal and sunflower seeds in a separate bowl. Pour into a bowl with a banana mass.

Put the mass to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Put in the oven preheated to 160 degrees Celsius and bake for about 30-40 minutes. Mix the mass every 10 minutes during baking.

Take out when the petals are already crunchy. Transfer the cooled to a glass jar, pour in raisins, almonds and chopped dark chocolate. Store in the fridge.

Take a drink for healthy intestines. Pour the kefir into a bowl, combine with inulin and linseed. Also add granola and fresh blueberries. Mix, pour into a glass and drink.
