For those who have not yet sent their statements, it is crucial to hurry, as the deadline ends on May 30. Failure to deliver the statements may lead to problems in the CPF and significant fines. Therefore, it is essential for taxpayers to organize their documentation and send their statements to avoid future complications. In addition to the refunds of the 2025 Income Tax, the payment of May 30 will include residual lots. Approximately 7 billion reais of the total of 11 billion will be destined for priority groups, such as seniors over 80, people between 60 and 79 years, and taxpayers with physical or mental disabilities or severe illness.
Consultation of the restitution lot can be made by accessing the portal “My Income Tax” on the IRS website. It is important to note that those who have not yet declared are not included in any lot and need to send their statements to know when they will receive the refund. Taxpayers who send their statements last will also receive their refunds last.
