Edition and 2025 will be held on Saturday (24.mai) and Sunday (25.mai); City Hall expects public of 4.7 million people
Virada Cultural will feature over 1,000 artistic performances in São Paulo, Saturday (24.MAI.2025) and Sunday (25.MAI). There are 21 stages around the city. This year’s theme is “20 years in 24 hours”. This is the full programming ( – 650 kb).
The organization expects to receive more than 4.7 million people during the 24 hours of programming. The attractions will be distributed in hundreds of public and private spaces in all regions of the city, covering segments such as music, theater, literature, circus, dance, humor and manifestations of popular culture.
The turn will occupy streets, squares, cultural centers, culture houses, libraries and theaters. The 21 stages will be strategically distributed throughout all regions of the capital.
Among the main musical attractions are Alceu Valença, Luísa Sonza, Mc Hariel, João Gomes, Iza, Liniker, Pericles and Veigh. The city projects an injection of R $ 300 million in the São Paulo economy.
The public transport system of the state capital will operate throughout the period of the turn. Trains and subway will operate without interruption, including at dawn on Saturday (24.MAI) to Sunday (25.MAI).
There will be reinforcement in streets policing throughout the weekend. The Municipal Secretariat of Human Rights and Citizenship, in partnership with the free of harassment organization, installed 20 host tents at strategic points.
The spaces will attend cases of harassment, LGBTFobia and other forms of violence, offering guidance to victims. The teams will be present in places of great circulation such as Square Praça, Anhangabaú Valley and other regions of the city.
