The federal deputy (PV-PR) said on Thursday (22) that the country will generate judicialization, if sanctioned as it is, and passes a bad message in the year Brazil will host to.

Aliel estimates that, in addition to a setback, the text can be considered unconstitutional. “This will not solve the problem, it will aggravate. It will generate more legal discussion, process in courts, questions and play the debate to the judiciary,” he adds. “It will bring legal insecurity, it will hurt the possibility of financing because areas will be judicialized and will be bad for everyone. I understand it is a mistake.”
