The recipe for Silesian noodles is extremely simple. It is enough to remember what the basic proportions are necessary to make them. We will need to prepare noodles:

  • potato flour,

  • 1 eggs,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.

We start with peeling and cooking potatoes until tender. We don’t have to take care of the exact portion. When they cool down, we squeeze them twice through the press.
