The Minister of the Secretary General of the Presidency, Márcio Macêdowas last Tuesday (20) with the former Special Superintendent of Communication of the Government of Sergipe, GIVALDO RICARDO DE FREITASindicted by the Federal Police (PF) for ordering a false audio of the president Luiz Inácio Lula Silva (PT) During the 2022 elections.
Givaldo occupies the head of communication of Sebrae Sergipe and accompanied the institutional agenda of the entity’s superintendent, Priscila Felizola, with Macêdo in the office in the Planalto Palace.
The visit bothered petist colleagues who are part of the government, who said they found “strange” that a PT minister receives someone who acted to harm the party’s election campaign in the state itself. Macêdo is Sergipe.
The manipulated message, according to PF inquiry, simulated Lula’s criticism of Senator Rogério Carvalho (PT), who was in the dispute to govern the state. At the time, Givaldo worked for Carvalho’s opponent, Fábio Mitidieri (PSD), who won the election.
