A movie co -produced in Brazil won the second most important dispute of the Cannes Film Festival on Friday, 23. Actress Cleo Diára was the big winner of the best actress award for laughter and the knife in a certain look section.

Directed by Portuguese Pedro Pinho, the feature is a co -production of the country with Portugal, France and Romania. Laughter and knife follows Sérgio, a Portuguese environmental engineer who travels to Guinea-Bissau to develop an environmental impact report on road construction. There, he knows the residents Diara and Guillermhe and starts to understand the importance of his work more.
