Chicken pate with vegetables is a delicious and simple component of morning and evening sandwiches for breakfast or dinner. It is also an independent addition or element of the sausage board at all types of events. Delicate and protein -rich poultry meat makes this pate perfect for people on a dietphysically active or just wanting to eat healthy.

Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breasts,
- 25 g of onion,
- 100 g of breadcrumbs,
- egg,
- 50 g of appetite,
- 50 g carrots,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper,
- 2-3 tablespoons of poultry broth.
Additionally:
- Oil to smear the mold.
Method of performance:
Chicken breast grind. Alternatively, you can also buy a ground chicken breast right away.
Peel the carrots and celery and finely chop into cubes, and grate the peeled onion on a grater.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, including the peeled garlic squeezed by the press. The mass should be flexible and moist, but not watery.
Smear the baking mold with dimensions of 35×12 cm with oil. Move the meat mass with vegetables to it. Press it well to the edges to remove air bubbles.
Insert chicken pate with vegetables into the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 40 minutes or until the internal temperature is reached about 75 degrees Celsius.
Remove the pate and completely cool before cutting.
Serve the dish on sandwiches or yourself, for example with the addition of your favorite sauces or mayonnaise. Store the pate in the fridge, in a tightly closed container and use within 3-4 days.
