The Civil Defense of the announced on Saturday (24) that six people died, including two minors, in night bombing in downtown and southern the besieged Palestinian territory, where he intensifies his offensive. “Our teams carried at least six dead,” said Mahmud Bassal, first aid organism spokesman. According to him, “four dead” – a couple and two children from the same family – and “dozens of injuries” were taken to hospitals after an air bombing during the early hours against a residence in the Amal neighborhood of Khan Yunis, in the southern Palestinian territory.

Bassal also cited “two dead and several injured, including children”, in another attack on a home in the Palestinian noseirat refugee camp in the center of the Gaza Strip.

Since the beginning of the war triggered on October 7, 2023 for the unprecedented attack of Hamas, Israel prohibits foreign journalists’ access to the Gaza Strip.

The attack on October 2023 caused the death of 1,218 people on the Israeli side, mostly civilians. Of the 251 people kidnapped that day, 57 remain retained in Gaza, of which at least 34 died, according to Israeli authorities.

More than 53,800 Palestinians, mostly civilians, died in the Gaza range in Israeli military operation, according to data from the Hamas Government Ministry of Health for Gaza, considered reliable by the UN.
