The president () said on Saturday (24) that he will “do politics” and walk around the country from next month to fight what he called “Lie”, “CanalHice” and “Fake News”.

The statements occurred during a trip to the interior of, where the launch ceremony of the Vivo Solo program took place, which foresees recovering degraded soil areas and strengthening family farming, according to the government.

“Next month, I’m going to do politics in this country. Next month, I’ll start walking this country because I think it’s time for us to take responsibility for not allowing the lie, canalhice, fake news, win space and the truth be buried in that country,” said the president.

He continued: “We are part of that kind of politician who at least do not want to lose the right to walk on the street with erected. I was raised by an illiterate mother, and the thing she most demanded from us is that we would not lie and that we respected others.”
