Are you looking for an idea for a unique dessert? Sweet lover – that’s what you need. The insanely delicious combination of chocolate cookies, pudding cream and fruit jellies looks extremely impressive. This recipe will certainly work during parties, but also just when you feel like something sweet.

Bottom:

• 300 g of chocolate cakes with filling, e.g. Oreo,
• 70 g butter.

Pudding cream:

• 750 ml of milk,
• 250 g of butter,
• 60 g cukru,
• 3 tablespoons of wheat flour,
• 3 tablespoons of potato flour,
• 2 yolks,
• 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar.

Additionally:

• 2 strawberry jellies,
• 700 ml of boiling water,
• 300 g of strawberries.

Decoration:

• 50 g of white chocolate,
• 50 g of milk chocolate.

Make the bottom first. Mix the cakes finely and dissolve the butter. Combine the ingredients to make a mass with the consistency of wet sand. Put the bottom of the 24 x 24 cm form and put in the fridge.

Make a pudding cream. Pour ¾ cup milk and add yolks to it and both flour. Mix at high speed to combine all ingredients. Boil the rest of the milk with sugars. Pour the mixture made, boil. Do not stop mixing so that there are no lumps. Remove from heat, cover with cling film so that it touches the top of the pudding. Wait to cool.

Start the soft butter at high speed until it gets bright. Add cold pudding gradually and make a smooth and uniform cream.

Pour jelly with boiling water. Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces. When the jelly cools down, add fruit and stir.

Put half a portion of pudding cream on the chilled bottom. Pour the solid jelly and put in the fridge. Keep the cream at this time in a cool place. When the jelly gets stiff, put the second layer of cream. Grate white and milk chocolate on top.
