A large -scale Russian attack with drones and missiles left 15 injured on Saturday (24) in, the Ukrainian capital, despite the beginning of the second stage of the largest prisoners of war since the beginning of the Moscow troops invasion more than three years ago. “The capital and its region again suffer a massive attack by the enemy. The exchange of prisoners is the only concrete result of the negotiations between Russians and Ukrainians celebrated last week in Istanbul, the first direct contact between the two sides in three years.
