On Sunday, when you have a little more time in the morning than before working during the week, it is worth trying to prepare a unique breakfast for the whole family. Egg in a T -shirt served on a crunchy roll with the addition of a creamy Dutch sauce, expressive fast Parma and chiveswill certainly conquer the taste buds of your household members.

You will need: to prepare one portion of this dish:

  • 1 egg in size L or XL,
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar.

Additionally, to provide:

  • roll,
  • Parma ham,
  • Dutch sauce,
  • chopped chives.

Dutch sauce You will make four yolks, four tablespoons of butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Just beat the yolks with a mixer, adding a tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. At the end of whipping, pour the dissolved, still hot butter. Mix until the sauce becomes a perfect, thick consistency.

In a large pot, boil water with vinegar. After reaching the boiling point, reduce the fire to the small and let the water bubble very gently.

Gently break the egg and transfer it to a bowl, cup or a large ladle.

You have to do the next two activities very quickly. With a large wooden spoon, mix the water intensively in a pot, so that a fairly large vortex is formed, reaching to the bottom of the dish. Then very quickly, but carefully pour the egg into water with vinegar.

Cook the egg for 3-4 minutes, watching it all the time. It will be ready when the protein is completely cut and the yolk is still liquid. Cooking time depends largely on individual preferences – if you like less liquid yolk, cook the egg longer.

With the help of a slotted spoon, remove the egg from the pot and carefully transfer it to a plate. Dry them with paper towels.

The egg in a T -shirt works best on a toast or roll with a fast Parma, poured with Dutch sauce and sprinkled with chives. This dish is called a Benedictine egg.

Serve the egg prepared in this way immediately after preparation, warm. Do not prepare the dish in advance.
