A bucket truck fell into a stream on Sunday morning after a makeshift wooden bridge collapsed during the crossing. The accident occurred near the Jaguaribe Farm, in the Novo Horizonte Ramal, km 12, Vila Campina region, in Plácido de Castro.
The structure, which already had precarious conditions, was a constant target of complaints by residents, who warned the risk of collapse. Even so, the bridge was still used by vehicles and pedestrians that depend on the road to get around.

According to information, the truck was heading for a neighboring municipality when the bridge gave way. Despite the fright, no one was injured.
Residents of the region used a tractor to try to remove the vehicle, which, until the closure of this report, still remained in prison between the rubble.
