- vitamin A – It prevents the fool of nails. This microelement can be found in offal, eggs, carrots, pumpkins, sweet potatoes and spinach.
- iron – In the case of deficiency, the nails become more brittle. Iron can be found in red meat, nuts, cocoa, spinach and legumes.
- zinc – It accelerates and strengthens nails. This mineral is almonds, fish, mushrooms, oysters, pumpkin seeds and eggs.
Thanks to this, the nails will be healthier and stronger and you will forget about damage after the hybrid.
