Delicious biscuits, pudding and jelly are an irreplaceable combination – and when we add the best seasonal fruit or strawberries to it, such a dessert is perfect.
Prepare the following ingredients:
Bottom:
Cream:
- 1 vanilla pudding,
- 500 ml of milk,
- 50 g of powdered sugar,
- 100 g of butter.
Top:
- 250 g of strawberries,
- 1 strawberry jelly,
- 400 ml of water.
Prepare a small square form about 22 × 22 cm. Place a tightly layer of biscuits, side by side.
Cook the pudding. Boil 400 ml of milk in a saucepan. In the remaining 100 ml of milk, spread the pudding powder, stirring thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Pour the mixture into the boiling milk and mix vigorously until the pudding thickens.
Set the ready pudding to cool completely (cover with cling film so that the sheepskin coat).
Wash the strawberries, remove the peduncles and cut into halves or quarters. Melt strawberry jelly in 400 ml boiling water. Set aside to cool – the jelly should be liquid, but slightly thickening.
When the pudding cools down, prepare the cream. Grate the soft butter with powdered sugar until a light, fluffy mass. Then, while mixing, gradually add the cooled pudding. Mix to get a smooth cream. Spread the pudding cream evenly on the biscuit layer.
Spread chopped strawberries on the cream.
Carefully pour the solidifying jelly onto a layer of strawberries, spreading evenly.
Put the dough in the fridge for a minimum of 4-5 hours, and preferably for the whole night to concentrate well.
