The mother of two children changed a sweet breakfast to a healthier and lost weight without diet or calorie counting. The size of her clothing decreased from XL to m in less than five months. How did she lose weight?
Dropped the weight of only breakfast
The 34 -year -old Judi Trevers says that things changed when she rethought her morning habits.
“I started a day with a large pelvic flake and toast – fast and simple, but with a lot of sugar. After an hour I wanted biscuits, and until the middle of the morning I felt bloated,” she said.
When deciding to replace his own, he replaced carbohydrates with eggs, avocados, yogurt, and sometimes bacon and spinach.
Weight loss is associated with blood sugar. Proteins slowly release sugar into the bloodstream, and the grain is high in sugar, which quickly increases its level, which can eventually cause weight gain.
“Honestly, I didn’t expect it to change the situation. But I stopped snacking, I felt lighter and just started to fall. I feel like a completely different person,” she explained.
Now a woman buys clothes that she would never have dared to wear before.
As being overweight, she also began to move more actively and gradually involved jogging into her life. She now runs three times a week and even targeted a half marathon.

What do Judent Children eat now?
The woman has two children, six and four years old. Instead of sweet flakes and jams on toast, it produces protein -rich dishes such as eggs, fruits, yogurt or mini omelettes.
“They are more concentrated at school and do not show the whims in the middle of the morning. I am proud to be showing them a better way,” she said.
For those who still want to eat flakes in the morning, try something with a lower sugar content, such as homemade granola or muslies.
