“The presence of Mr. Kovarik is crucial to clarify the responsibility of digital influencers in the creation and promotion of these platforms and to investigate the potential ethical conflicts involved,” says the senator in the application.
Already businessman Jorge Barbosa Dias will be heard as a witness. He is a partner of JBD Comunicação e Tecnologia Ltda., Responsible for the Marjosports brand, recently accredited by the Rio de Janeiro State Lottery to operate sports bets.
