Heat and damp – that’s a big problem
Like all other fungal diseases, black spots of roses are best in warm and humid environments. The rainy spring and the adjacent hot summer are therefore very risk factors that we should not overlook. It is always true that we will solve the problem in the beginning much more easily than if we let it grow.

If you do not notice the first small spots, you will certainly not miss their larger stages, which even gradually merge into even larger areas. If you managed to intervene in time and after a few weeks you do not see other attacked leaves, you can congratulate, you probably won this fight. It is up to you whether you win the whole war, because its next battle can burn at any time and at any point in your garden. The best defense is, of course, prevention that may consist in removing the conditions that lead to the development of molds. What can we do?

Definitely do not leave roses growth in weeding environment that maintains moisture. Place them with sufficient spacing so that the air can flow enough and avoid, if possible, the dressing on the sheet. Finally, there are roses that are less susceptible to black spots of roses.
