The licensed deputy (-SP) reacted to the PGR (Attorney General of the Republic) for his performance and said that lawsuits in Brazil became “medium of finding”.
For Eduardo, the request for calculation should reinforce the tendency of sanction to the minister, (Supreme Federal Court).
“They are confirming everything we have always said, that Brazil is a state of exception, which depends on the client, the political facts. They will take the lawsuits, which has nothing else based on law,” he said.
“The process in Brazil has become a way of finding. A gangster would do the same, a mobster would do the same. They are leaving it there for everyone to see, and the icing on the cake is that they are pushing, pressing Trump to establish sanctions,” he said.
Moraes is the rapporteur of the PGR investigation request, which was distributed to him by prevention. The magistrate centralizes investigations into anti-democratic acts in Brazil. Moraes must decide on the request in the next few hours.
The Brazilian government has treated the hypothesis of sanction of Americans to the magistrate as an attack on the sovereignty of Brazil.
