Retired and pensioners of the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) who have suffered an improper discount of associative monthly payment in the payment for April will have the amounts returned from this Monday (26).
R $ 292 million will be reimbursed.
Harm beneficiaries will be informed exclusively by the my INSS application.
At the end of April, the INSS determined the suspension of all such deductions. However, as the values for the month were already closed, the discounts were still performed in the Payments made between April 24 and May 8.
The INSS, however, retained these values and did not pass the amount to associative entities.
Now, the return will be made with the regular payment of benefits, May 26 to June 6for those who received in late April and early May. For that, the beneficiary need not take any action.
According to data from the Institute until this Saturday (24), there are already 2,102.201 consultations of discounts of associative entities. From them, 2,054,741 did not authorize and requested the refund. There are 41 entities contested.

Old monthly fees
To recover the amount of old associative tuition, the retiree or pensioner must inform the INSS if it does not recognize that it has authorized the leaf debt.
The request must be made by my INSS (application or website) or by phone 135. It is not necessary to send documents or offer any information, and to say whether or not the discounts have authorized.
The INSS will call the entity to prove the authorization. If there is no proof, the entity must return the funds to the Institute, which will later transfer to the beneficiary. The return will be made by the INSS, by the same means that makes the regular payments.
