To prepare this dish, you will need:
- 500 g of ground chicken meat,
- 130 g of breadcrumbs,
- 1 egg,
- 1 onion,

- 5 cloves of garlic,

- 1 teaspoon of chili,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
Additionally:
- Butter to grease the mold.
You can serve the finished roast with potato purée and a light salad made of spring vegetables, young cabbage or steamed vegetables will also taste great here.
Blocule in hot water, then dry well and crush it into very small particles. Chop the onion, chives and garlic very finely. Put in a bowl: chicken meat, breadcrumbs, vegetables and spices. It is good to make meat mass to make it flexible and uniform.
Baking form with dimensions of 35 × 12 cm, grease with butter. Move the meat mass to it and press it well so that the air pockets do not form. Cover the roast with chicken aluminum foil.
Put the dish in the oven set to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for about 60 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 15-30 minutes, until nice browning.
Remove and cool slightly. Serve warm or after completely cool. Store it in the fridge, in a tightly closed container. Use within 4 days.
