The criminal complaint filed by the Audiovisual Fund in the event of a subsidy granted for the series and the film about Mikuláš Černák (project Miki) was rejected. Lukáš Pecek, a spokesman for the Bratislava regional police, confirmed this for TASR.
The director of the audiovisual fund Vladimír Burianek asked the Fund’s Supervisory Commission for an opinion on the Miki project. On the basis of the results of the inspection and the recommendation of the Supervisory Commission, the Fund has authorized the legal office for filing a criminal complaint.
