Images collected by witnesses on the spot and shared on social networks show a car entering the street at high speed and spoon some people, designed for the pedestrian zone and falling inanimate on the floor.

The attack made more than 40 injured, including four children. Speaking to Sky News, Dave Kitchin, spokesman for Northwest Ambulance Service (SAN), said one of the children was in serious condition. He also said that 27 people were transported to the hospital by ambulance.
Four people – three adults and one child – had to be removed under the vehicle, according to Nick Searle, head of the Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service firefighters. Another 20 people were treated on site with slight injuries.
A cyclist paramedic was hit by the vehicle but did not suffer any injuries.

A man was arrested after running over a multitude of Liverpool supporters during the Premier League conquest parade.
“We can confirm that the detained man is a 53 -year -old British man in the Liverpool area. Exhaustive inquiries are taking place to determine the circumstances that led to the collision,” Meyerside police wrote in a statement.
The incident is not being treated as an act of terrorism and the police are not at the moment looking for anyone else related to the case, the authorities at a press conference have advanced.
British Prime Minister Keir Strmer said on social networks that he is being informed of the situation and thanked the police for his quick response.
“Liverpool’s events are terrible – my thoughts are with all wounded or affected,” Stmerer said.
“I want to thank the police and emergency services for their rapid and continuous response to this shocking incident,” he said.
Northwest Ambulance Service (NWAS) added in a statement that it is assisting victims and “evaluating the situation and working with other members of emergency services”.
“Our priority is to ensure that people receive the medical help they need as soon as possible,” he said, quoted by the British media.
