A 26-year-old woman from Vranov nad Topľou ended up in the police detention cell, who lasted illegally in one of the apartments in the housing estate Lúčna on Monday (26 May). Despite the challenges of the apartment owner, the woman refused to leave the apartment. There was a quarrel that resulted in a physical attack. TASR was informed by Jana Ligdayová, spokeswoman of the Regional Directorate of the Police Force in Prešov.
“The woman first struck the man, then threw a glass bottle and a glass cup. As she didn’t hit him, she took the plates she was throwing at the man. She broke the wardrobe in the bedroom and hit the man repeatedly, ” The spokeswoman added that the attacked man suffered injuries that would require several weeks of treatment. Police accused the woman of the crime of bodily harm committed in parallel with the crime of violating home freedom.
