  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar;
  • 2 teaspoons of potato starch;
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce;
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar;
  • 1/2 teaspoon of broth;
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice.

To start with, wash the broccoli in cold water with a little salt and leave it for 5 minutes. After this time, divide it into small roses.
