I like it when the dessert is really sweet. After all, that’s what it is, right? Chocolate, caramel, mascarpone – these are my favorite ingredients that combine into a perfect whole, that’s what it is Brazilian cake. It impresses with appearance and taste, I often make them for parties.

Cake ingredients:

  • 100 g of dark chocolate,
  • 100 g of butter,
  • 4 eggs,
  • 100 g of fine sugar,
  • 100 g of cake flour,
  • 1½ teaspoon baking powder.

Ingredients for caramel:

  • 100 g cukru,
  • 50 g of butter,
  • 60 ml of cream (36%).

Cream ingredients:

  • 250 g mascarpone,
  • 500 g of cream (36%),
  • 150 g of condensed (sweetened) milk.

Additionally:

  • 100 g of nuts (hazelnuts, earth).

Prepare a chocolate cake.

I break the chocolate and cut the butter into cubes. Connect in a saucepan. Melt on a slow fire. Mix Set aside to cool.

Grate (with a mixer at high speed) whole eggs with sugar to a light, fluffy mass. Pour chocolate sauce into the eggs without interrupting mixing with a thin guard. Turn off the mixer. Sift flour and baking powder to the baking mass. Gently combine the ingredients with a spatula.

Put the bottom of the mold with dimensions of about 23×23 cm with baking paper. Pour the dough into it. Put in the oven preheated to 160 ° C. Bake for 40-50 minutes (to a dry stick). When the dough cools down, cut it into two tops.

Heat in a saucepan (at medium power of the burner) sugar. When he dissolves and becomes a golden color, add butter and cream to it. Stir until a smooth, shiny mass is formed. Set aside to cool.

Prepare a cream cream.

Cool all ingredients in the fridge. Combine them in a mixer bowl and beat at high speed to a thick cream.

Fold the dough.

Brush the bottom of the dough about half the cream. Put the caramel mass on it. Cover with a second cake top. Spread the rest of the cream on it. Spread the finely chopped nuts on top.
