Document seized by the one on Wednesday (28), lists the services offered by the group called C4, which means “Communist hunting command, corrupt and criminals”.
The PF states that this group, composed of military (active and reserve) and civilians, would be dedicated “to the practice of serious crimes, especially espionage and homicides under orders”.
They charged, according to the document, R $ 50 thousand to act against “normal figures”, R $ 100,000 against deputies, R $ 150 thousand against senators and R $ 250 thousand against “ministers/judiciary”. One of the people cited in the group’s notes was the former president of (-MG).
Investigations still find out whether these values were only for espionage or involved other services. In WhatsApp conversations, the investigators also talked about executions.

On Wednesday, precautionary measures such as the use of electronic anklet, prohibition of contact and departure from the country and the collection of passports of four other people are also met.
