Ice cake is a dream dessert for warm days. Like creamy cakes without baking (e.g. yogurt plants or jelly), they are made without much effort. Just dissolve the chocolates and mix them with cream and condensed milk. The whipped mass still has to freeze, just like when making ice cream. Then it is formulated in the shape of a dough and decorated with chocolate chips. That is why the dessert looks much more appetizing than ordinary ice cream knobs, and in addition it has a very chocolate taste. It is worth serving it in the company of fresh raspberries or bananas – depending on whether you prefer more sour or sweeter snack.
Ingredients:
- 100 g of milk chocolate,
- 100 g of dark chocolate,
- 400 g of unsweetened condensed milk,
- 400 g cream 30%,
- 100 g of powdered sugar.
Additionally:
- 100 g chocolate for decoration (as well as preferences).
Method of performance:
Melt chocolate broken into smaller pieces in a water bath and set aside to cool.
Whip the cream with powdered sugar rigidly. Pour the melted chocolate with a small stream. Gradually add condensed milk without stopping mixing. Mix until you see that the mass is foaming. Then transfer it to a silicone rectangular mold and place it in the freezer.
After 30 minutes, mix the chilled mass. Wait another 30 minutes and repeat the activity. Leave all night to complete concentration.
After pulling the ice dough, put them on a platter. With the help of a teaspoon, make decorative indentations on the left and right, as well as at the top. Grate the chocolate for decoration and sprinkle generously. Serve immediately after decorating.
