This Wednesday (28), the court is preparing to listen to influencer Vitor Vieira Belarmino, accused of running over and killing physiotherapist Fabio Toshiro Kikuta, who was on honeymoon. Belarmino, who surrendered to the police last week after spending 10 months on the run, will be heard at closed doors at the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice.
The influencer faces accusations of omission of relief and willful murder, as he did not assist the victim, who was rescued by popular and the Fire Department, but unfortunately could not resist the injuries.
