TV Markiza’s reaction to the situation related to moderator Viktor Vincze in full
The management of TV Markiza respects the decision of moderator Viktor Vincze not to accept the offer to moderate its own news format within the upcoming online project TN Live. At the same time, it remains ready to agree with the moderator to terminate the employment relationship, which he considers to be the only logical solution to the situation.
However, the management of television does not strongly disagree with its public statements and interpretations that seriously harm the reputation of TV. At the same time, he considers it unacceptable if Viktor Vincze challenges the moral integrity of colleagues or co -workers TV Markíza. TV Markiza and the CME group are convinced of the importance of digital transformation and have a fundamental interest in standing for new formats credible and familiar faces, including established news moderators.
Viktor Vinczema was offered the opportunity to cooperate on the new TN Live project, which perceives television management as a strategic and great potential for the future. Preparations and changes to the news have been taking place since January this year and the new project has been known to all employees for a long time. After Viktor Vincze rejected this offer, the management of the television proposed an agreement to terminate employment by mutual agreement. However, he did not accept this proposal either.
It is known that Viktor Vincze, a long -time moderator and one of the publicly known faces of TV Markíza, has repeatedly criticized the news management in recent months and publicly expressed his views in other media. His statements, including Friday’s interview for Diary N, considers television management to be misleading, partially false and damaging the reputation of television. TV Markiza considers it unacceptable that any of its moderators or faces on the screen who enjoy great confidence and attention to the public at the same time acts in a way that damages his own employer and disrespects the work of the whole team.
TV Markiza emphasizes that the content of the broadcast is responsible for the management of television, which is responsible for all stakeholders stakeholder. Employees who do not agree with the content direction have the opportunity to look for application in the media in accordance with their beliefs. Alternatively, they can be implemented in institutions where the expression of personal views on social events is compatible with their professional role and is not contrary to the status of a television personality. In this case, the management of TV will not prevent them and will meet them.
At the same time, the management of TV Markíza re -emphasizes that it will not allow its broadcasting to be abused in political struggles or manipulated in favor of any political group. Television will continue to apply an impartial approach, which is appreciated by the majority of the public, confirming independent quantitative and qualitative surveys. In autumn 2024 TV Markíza fulfilled her public commitment and returned to the screens a body on the body, stood up for freedom of journalists even when they faced politicians’ attacks, and at the same time successfully strengthened the relevance of the main news.
TV Markíza’s management considers it extremely arrogant that Mr Vincze publicly challenges the moral integrity of his colleagues, especially the experienced and respected journalist Zlatice Švajajdová Puškárová, just because he has a different opinion than he is trying to enforce publicly.
At the same time, we are of the opinion that Mr Vincze has no competence or legitimacy to comment on the work of a number of co -workers from the acting and artistic community, who work daily for the interest of spectators appreciating the quality of our programs. Television Markíza believes that the opinions expressed in this opinion are clear, logical and in full compliance with the principles of pluralistic democracy and the principles of the market economy.
