  • 800 g of wheat flour type 450,
  • 16 g of dried yeast,
  • 2 tablespoons of oil,
  • 600 ml of hot water,
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar,
  • 2.5 teaspoons of salt,
  • 1 handful of chili petals,
  • 2 handful of shelled sunflower,

Preparation in a pot is extremely simple. The first step is to make a solution. For this purpose In a bowl, we combine sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour, warm water and yeast. Mix everything and set aside for about 15 minutes until it begins to foam.
