Russia already has its peace memorandum ready. The Russian chief negotiator, Vladimir Medinski, said Wednesday that he is ready to open negotiations with Ukraine about the content of the conflict arrangement memorandum and the conditions for a high fire.

To the Ukrainian Minister of Defense, “Rustem Umrov, I called him and today proposed a date and a meeting place for the exchange of the memoranda and the list of conditions for the cessation of hostilities,” he confirmed in his Telegram channel. “The Ukrainian part went to consultations,” he added.
