Washington-The US government initially stops taking the procedure for taking out foreign students. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio indicated messages and consulates in a circular not to make new appointments for applicants for student and exchange visa. The reason is that the Foreign Ministry wants to expand the reviews of the candidates on social media. Foreign Minister Rubio announced an updated guidance of the controls in the letter.
