Ingredients:
- 500 g cream cheese
- 250 g mascarpone
- 150 g cukru
- 300 g cream 30%
- 40 g of cake flour
- 5 eggs
- A bit of vanilla extract.
Whip the cream cheese with mascarpone in a large bowl at medium speed, until there is a lump. Add sugar gradually and continue mixing. Pour the cream into the mass with a thin stream and continue to mix only to combine.
Add a few drops of vanilla extract. Finally, slowly mix in the sifted wheat flour and combine the ingredients with a spatula.
Prepare the cake tin now. Put it with baking paper in full. The sides should protrude about 4-5 centimeters above the form.
Pour the mass into the cake tin. Bake 40-45 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. The top will be baked, slightly brown, and the center is quite loose. Leave to cool in the oven with the door ajar. Then set aside to cool completely and put in the fridge overnight.
