Uncle Alfred salad It is quite unusual – it looks like a few different, completely unpredictable ingredients. As if in fact, uncle brought a salad prepared from what he found in the fridge. However, nothing could be more wrong, the whole goes well and perfectly fit into the grill menu. It is worth adding that this recipe contains ingredients that will affect health. There is no shortage of vitamins, minerals and a decent portion of fiber. On the other hand, beans, peas and ham are a very good source of protein that will make us feel full for a long time. Such a salad can also be a healthy option for dinner.

To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • 1 can of black beans,
  • 1/2 can of peas,
  • 1 red pepper,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 large pickled cucumbers,
  • 150 g of ham,
  • 1 handful of chopped dill,
  • 1 handful of chopped chives.

Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard,
  • A decent pinch of pepper.

Such a salad will perfectly match the grilled sausage, pork neck or skewers.

Bean and peas BREAK TRANSPORT. Cut the cooked ham and cucumbers into small cubes, peppers into posts, and onions into feathers. Finely chop dill and chives.

Transfer all ingredients to a salad bowl and initially mix.

Prepare dressing by mixing all ingredients. Prepared, pour the salad with the sauce and mix the whole.
