It is not true that only casseroles with the addition of meat are filling and delicious. If you do not eat meat or are looking for a vegetable dinner, be sure to put on this simple proposal. This is a vegetable mix, whose ingredients blend in great. The casserole comes out juicy, full of taste and rich in nutrients. Of course, courgettes and tomatoes are its base, but mushrooms, garlic, spice composition, cheese and cream are also found. This is a great idea for dinner for vegetarians. If you want to give him more satiety, just combine the casserole with pasta or rice.
Ingredients:
- 250-300 g of zucchini,
- 100 g of small mushrooms,
- Sweet colorful pepper,
- a few colorful tomatoes,
- a can of cut tomatoes,
- clove of garlic,
- 150 g of grated cheese,
- 3 tablespoons of cream 30%,
- half a teaspoon of dried basil,
- half a teaspoon of oregano,
- Salt and pepper,
- A bit of oil.
Method of performance:
Prepare vegetables. Cut the zucchini into half slices. Clean the mushrooms and cross -section into halves (if they are larger, then for quarters). Clean the peppers from the seed nest and cut into cubes. Cross -section with tomatoes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini on two sides.
Peel the garlic and chop finely or squeeze through the press. In a small saucepan, mix cut tomatoes with canned cream with 30%cream. Add garlic, basil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well and boil.
Prepare a heat -resistant dish. Pour half the sauce. Place zucchini, mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes. Pour the second half of the sauce. Grate the cheese directly to the heat -resistant vessel.
Insert casserole with zucchini and tomatoes into the oven preheated to 180 ° C (top-down).
Bake for about 30 minutes until the cheese melts and slightly browned.
