This can be determined by the number of symptoms that have been received by the Federal Competition Authority (BWB) in the previous year. Natalie Harsdorf, General Director of the BWB, spoke on Wednesday in the club of the business publicists of a “significantly increased number of complaints” that were submitted to the authority in 2024 by companies, but also by consumers.
