Paul Doyle, 53, was formally indicted for seven crimes related to the running over a multitude in Liverpool on Monday (26) during the celebration of the Liverpool Premier League title.
Among the accusations are six related to serious bodily injuries and one by dangerous direction. The incident left 79 people injured, with seven still hospitalized, including victims aged 9 to 78.
The accident occurred at Water Street, a central area of the city that was closed for the title commemoration parade.

Police believe Doyle followed an ambulance that had been allowed to go through the temporary block to meet a medical emergency, which may have contributed to improper access to the site.
Doyle, YM local businessman and father of three children, was arrested and is being investigated for attempted murder, dangerous direction and driving under the influence of drugs. He must attend the Liverpool magistrate to an initial hearing.
Authorities continue to analyze a large volume of security cameras images and witness testimonials to clarify the details of the incident.
