Analysis of the mobile phone of a former auxiliary of offices of (Superior Court of Justice) points out what would be “a relationship of trust and intimacy” with the, suspected of intermediating one.
In the same document, which, the PF says that he tried to hide authorities’ evidence by deleting conversations and media files potentially relevant to the investigations, including one with a former chief of staff, also investigated.
The former auxiliary is. He worked on the offices of ministers Nancy Andrighi and Isabel Gallotti, and was removed from office due to inquiries. Both are not investigated.
In exchange for messages with his wife, Toledo comments on Andreson’s family and forwards photos of a resort near the Itaipu plant in Paraná, which would belong to the investigated. The heritage was revealed. The phone also had vouchers of deposits from one of the lobbyist companies.
Inquiries on suspicions of decisions and leaks of information at the Court are supervised by the minister, (Supreme Federal Court), responsible for Operation Sisamnes.
Sought, the defense of Márcio Toledo states that he will manifest himself in the file. Andreson’s says, in a statement, that “this is a rumor case, by nature and consequences” and that “defense will respect the confidentiality imposed on the process and will only manifest in him.”
The STJ, also sought after, said the server was removed and there is administrative investigations on the case. The ministers have stated that they do not manifest themselves “about facts and behaviors of third parties investigated by the Federal Supreme Court.”
PF’s analysis, signed on May 2, shows mentions to the lobbyist in Márcio Toledo conversations with his wife. In one of them, from October 2023, he forwards a picture of a child and says “Andreson’s nephew … his brother was in the rented state of you yesterday …”.
She responds in audio: “How beautiful, my God in heaven! Cute thing.”
In evaluating the conversation, the Federal Police say that “it draws attention that Márcio has a photo of Andreson Gonçalves’s alleged (underage) nephew, which can reveal, except better understanding, narrow bond and relationship of intimacy and confidence between them.”
In March 2024, he forwards images of the resort in Paraná which, although not in the name of Andreson, would belong to him.
“It’s from Andreson,” says Márcio Toledo, forwarding images of the place and stating that the couple’s son “will go crazy going there”.
In another conversation in August 2024, Márcio tells his wife that he is “going to Andreson when he leaves at 7 pm.”
Another front evaluated by the PF as relevant is the conversations that the former auxiliary possibly deleted from the device.
“There is evidence that the investigated Márcio Toledo Pinto deleted conversations and other media files potentially relevant to the investigation, in the alleged attempt to hide the criminal conduct and eliminate evidence that may indicate their participation in the facts investigated,” the document says.
One of the conversations happens with a number that would be Andreson and is registered on the phone as “Flamenguista”.
There are also evidence of deleted messages between Toledo and the number of, wife of Andres on and investigated in the inquiry, and an employee of Floral Transportes, the lobbyist company.
Another erased conversation that caught the attention of the investigators was with, who headed the office of Minister Isabel Gallotti.
Daimler was quoted by Andreson in dialogues obtained by the PF. In conversations with third parties, the lobbyist talks about money from the then -chief of staff. The investigation has not so far pointed out direct conversations between the two.
Daimler’s defense states that his client has not committed any irregularity.
In Toledo’s cell phone were also found two vouchers of deposits that total R $ 115,000, held last September.
The transfers are between Andreson’s Floral Transportes and the company Marvan Logística, which belongs to the wife of Márcio Toledo.
“As for the formalization of bank analysis, plasmed to the file, successive transfers were identified by Florais Transportes Ltda, in favor of the company Marvan Logística e Transportes Ltda., Between 2021 and 2023,” the document adds.
Toledo is investigated by movements made in processes “with alteration and exclusion of internal drafts within minutes, making visualization by others,” according to Zanin’s decision. He was the target of search and seizure in November last year.
Sought, the STJ reported in a statement that “regarding the disclosures of confidential information, influence on decisions and other correlated infractions that may have been committed by STJ servers, two disciplinary administrative proceedings were opened an investigative investigation.”
The court states that three cases are in progress to calculate the related facts.
“The server Márcio José Toledo Pinto was initially administratively dismissed and is now removed by a court decision of the Supreme Court, thus not performing any activity of his position in the STJ,” says the note.
