The State Secretariat of Education of Rondônia (Seduc-RO), in conjunction with the State People Management Superintendence (Segep), published Notice No. 126/2025 to open a simplified selection process with 100 temporary vacancies for professionals in the areas of engineering, architecture and technical design. Registrations will be made exclusively through the internet among the days May 30 and June 9, 2025through the official portal of the state government.
Vacancies and areas
Opportunities are distributed among the following positions:
Civil engineer
Electrical engineer
Mechanical engineer
Architect
Cadista designer (middle level)
Of the total vacancies, 92 are intended for higher level professionals To act in the supervision of works, projects and budgets, and development of fire protection systems in state schools. Others 8 vacancies are for the position of Cadista Designerwhich requires complete high school and technical course with mastery of AutoCAD software.
Vacancies will be distributed in Several cities in the stateincluding Porto Velho, Ji-Paraná, Ariquemes, Vilhena, Cacoal, Guajará-Mirim, among others.
Compensation and benefits
The working day is 40 hours per week For all positions. The salaries are:
R$ 7.829,48 for engineers, architects and mechanical designers, plus Food assistance, health aid and transportation aid.
R$ 1.832,42 For Cad’s designers, with the same additional benefits.
Selection process
The event will be held in two stages:
Documentary and title analysis submitted at the time of registration, of classificatory character.
Documentation validation and scorewhich will include proof of professional experience and specific, classificatory and eliminatory courses.
No registration fee will be charged, and participation is conditional on electronic sending (upload) of the PDF format proof documentation.
Validity and hiring
Contracts will be temporary with initial effective a yearand may be extended for an equal period, as needed by the Public Administration. THE validity period of the selection process is also a yearcounted from the date of approval of the final result and may be extended for another year.
Affirmative actions
The notice provides for the reservation of vacancies for People with Disabilities (PCD) e black people (black and brown)according to current legislation.
