The minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), determined on Monday (26) the opening of an investigation against the federal deputy licensed Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP) for supposedly acting in USA against the Brazilian judiciary.
In the decision, Moraes says deputy will be investigated for allegedly committed three crimes. They are:

This may include destruction of evidence, researchers intimidation or information manipulation. The penalty is three to eight years in prison.
3. Violent abolition of the Democratic Rule of Law
The violent abolition of the Democratic Rule of Law is a direct attack on the constitutional order, when one tries, with violence or serious threat, to end the rule of law and prevent the functioning of the powers of the Republic, such as Congress, the Judiciary or the Executive.
The penalty is four to eight years in prison.
