Clients of the recently released credit card Visa Infinite Privilege will have a lounge Exclusive at Guarulhos Airport, in São Paulo. The space, with capacity for only 38 people, is separated from Visa Visa Room at Terminal 3, intended for international flights.
The small size is purposeful as it is an exclusive environment focused on selected profiles. To obtain infinite privilege, it is necessary to have annual income of over R $ 30 million. Visa estimates that only 0.1% of the population has this condition.
“The proposal here is to offer a welcoming, comfortable and pleasant environment, as if the customer were in their own home, or in a restaurant or bar that usually frequents,” explained Fernando Amaral, Visa do Brasil’s vice president of product and innovation, during the presentation of space to the press.

The project is by architect Pierina Piemonte and has a bar that offers drinks elaborated exclusively for the lounge, signed by mixologist Gabriel Santana. The space also has its own kitchen, from where they leave dishes à la carte, conceived by chef Bel Coelho.
Amaral explains that Privilege customers can book a time in the lounge through a lifestyle management. They are professionals specializing in customizing experiences, who work for a Visa partner in this very high income segment, Quintessentially. “In this way, we can know how to receive this client in the lounge, according to their preferences,” says Visa vice president.

The lounge is connected to another exclusive service of the Infinite Privilege segment: Faria Lima helicopter transport to Guarulhos airport. Card customers are entitled to a flight per year, operated by Rev.
Visa Infinite Privilege Lounge will be managed by Plaza Premium Group, which already manages the other Visa Visa Room in Guarulhos. The first cards are expected to reach customers from the second half of June, and the exclusive space in Terminal 3 is expected to start receiving the first visitors in July.
