20 minutes: Luís Montenegro unleashed Prime Minister and Henrique Gouveia and Melo presents candidacy for the Presidency of the Republic

PSD leader Luís Montenegro was, this Thursday, appointed Prime Minister by the President of the Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa. Also this Thursday, Henrique Gouveia and Melo presented, at Gare Marítimo de Alcântara, in Lisbon, the candidacy for Belém. During the speech, the candidate assured that he will fulfill “With loyalty the functions that the Constitution” trust the head of state and pointed out that the country needs a president “different”.
