The first secretary of the Legislative Assembly of Acre (Aleac), Deputy Luiz Gonzaga, visited on Thursday (29) the Rondônia Rural International Show Fair, which takes place between May 26 and 31, in the city of Ji-Paraná.
Gonzaga leads the delegation of parliamentarians and entrepreneurs who went to the state of Rondônia to participate in the fair and deal with business partnerships.
According to Gonzaga, the acrean entourage is present at Rondônia Rural Show with the objective of presenting acrean products to other states in the North Region and also to know closely new production and industrialization experiences of agricultural products.
During the visit to the fair, Gonzaga met a couple from Tarauacá, Acre, who bet on Farofa as an essential product on the Rondonienses table. The couple James Amorim and Ana Paula say the Farofas Acrean brand has been making a big hit in the neighboring state, bringing the acrean essence to other regions of the North and generating jobs and income.
“It is an opportunity to show our products to the participants of the fair and get to know people like James and Ana Paula who came from Tarauacá to bet on another state and even more with products from our region. This shows the great production potential of Acre,” said Gonzaga.
James says that today the couple is a reference in the sale of acrean flour in Rondoniense sleep.
“We brought the Acre Farofa, our flour, to the state of Rondônia. We have been in Rondônia for over 15 years and found in Rondônia a business opportunity. We had the idea of making Acre Flour Farafas and we had a great acceptance. Today we are reference of Acre Flour in Rondônia,” said James.
State Representative Gilberto Lira stated that it is pleased to find countrymen who carry products from Acre to be marketed in other regions of Brazil.
“It is a happiness to find countrymen who are winning in other state with products from our land. We are here at the Fair Learning and we will bring this learning to our state,” said Lira.
