The councilman (PL) and the president of the Union of Motoboys of, Gilberto Almeida dos Santos, were involved in a fight on the afternoon of Thursday (29) in the City Council. Entrevero occurred during a public hearing to discuss the regularization of the motorcycle taxation in São Paulo. “I will be brief. Just to congratulate the mayor, he got the prowess of choosing the unionist Pelego most rejected by the category he says represents in the story. Really, a joke,” said the councilman, who was reprimanded by colleague Renata Falzoni (PSB), who coordinates the work. “Gil dos Motoboys”, as the unionist is known, headed to the Tribune and took the councilman by the shirt, when advisers and the security of the Chamber intervened to separate both.

Pavanato filed a police report at the 1st Police Station, requesting protective measures against Gilberto and stating that he was “redness” on the skin and his t -shirt was torn. The unionist posted a video on the union’s social networks stating that he was also on his way to the police station, to register a law preservation report. “Veryer who attacks people with words and does not respect anyone,” he said, referring to Pavanato.

“Just as he claimed that he was beaten, I will also claim that I was beaten. And he is filmed,” said the Metropolitan Civil Guard (GCM) vehicle that, according to him, would take him to the police station. The motorcycle taxi service in the city is prohibited by municipal decree, whose constitutionality is discussed in court. A court decision even allowed the applications to operate the trips, which were again prohibited last Monday, 26, by Judge Eduardo Gouvêa, of the 7th Chamber of Public Law of the São Paulo Court of Justice. The decision sets a fine of R $ 30 thousand per day in case of non -compliance.
