A small, model King Air Beechcraft E90 and PT-Rlhz prefix model, faced problems landing at Campo de Mars Airport in the north of São Paulo, on Thursday (29). The aircraft flew over the city to spend fuel and was sent to municipality in the interior of the state approximately 60 kilometers away from the capital, for an emergency landing at Comandante Rolim Adolfo Amaro airport. An eagle helicopter of the Military Police accompanied and monitored the situation. The Fire Department moved 8 vehicles to Jundiaí Airport, but the landing occurred safely.
According to the Mars Airport advice, the plane was suspected of problems on the landing train. For this reason, he had to divert the route and get off in Paulinia. Preliminary information indicates that the aircraft had five passengers and came from the city Pires do Rio, in Goiás (about 135 kilometers from Goiânia). According to Rede Vaa, a company that manages Commander Rolim Adolfo Amaro airport, King Air registered a problem in the landing train sensor during the flight and triggered emergency.
Once the diversion was devised, the VOA reported that the landing train worked normally at the time of landing, without fail. “On board were seven people: a pilot, a co -pilot and five passengers and everyone is fine,” the company said. In addition to the Fire Department, Samu, Civil Defense, Jundiaí Municipal Guard and Military Police also acted in the occurrence.
